If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Simply follow the instructions below to initiate a return request, and we'll do our best to assist you. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team for assistance and return instructions.

Return Policy:

- All purchases (excluding final sale items, free gifts,etc) can be returned within 15 days from the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all articles in the package intact. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the buyer being responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.

- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Purchases Not Eligible for Return:

- Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return.


- You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

*Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.*

How to Make Your Return:

1. Visit our website and click on the "Tracking Order" feature located at the bottom menu of our homepage. Enter your Email Address and Order Number accordingly.

2. Locate the specific order for the item you wish to return and click on the "Return" button. Follow the prompts to submit the return request. You will receive authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.

3. Once you have received authorization, return the package using a shipping method of your choice. Log in to our website, navigate to "You - Order list - After sales history - View Detail - Return" to input the return shipping details (tracking number & delivery company).

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 7 business days to process your returns. We'll email you once we have processed your refund.

Kind Reminder:

- Items must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.

Fast Refund:

Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Exchange Policy:

At this time, all exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
